Vivio are delighted to have been presented with the prestigious award for UK’s Best Customer Service 2018. This is the second year in a row Vivio have won the Customer Service award and makes it three awards in three years at Mobile News winning Best B2B Dealer in 2016.
The award ceremony presented by comedian Rob Beckett was in front of around 1000 guests including the executives from the mobile networks, dealers, manufacturers and distributors. The award was also presented by O2’s newly appointed Business Sales Director Gareth Turpin who’s previous role was Customer Service Director.
