Vivio clinch top spot at the Mobile News Awards


On Thursday 12th March, Vivio's CEO James Wright, Managing Director Stuart Evans, Head of Account Management Grahame Lewis and Head of Marketing Sian Webster descended upon the London Hilton on Park Lane, where Vivio were officially awarded Best B2B Dealer (over 50 employees) at the Mobile News Awards.

From submission process to shortlist and finally winning the Best B2B Dealer award, we're all incredibly proud of the work the Vivio team has done over the last year. Well done team!

A panel of 11 independent industry experts judged nearly 100 entries across 23 categories, releasing the shortlist 3 weeks prior to the main event. Vivio made the shortlist for the Best B2B Dealer (over 50 employee) category whereby judges specifically looked at metrics such as product portfolio, new clients signed in 2019, customer testimonials, customer service improvements, logistics, internal initiatives such as staff training, local knowledge & expertise, community initiatives, value-added services, customer retention and churn reduction.

Up against two other telecom companies, Vivio took the top spot this year. CEO James Wright commented,We’re incredibly proud to be recognised as Best B2B Dealer this year at the Mobile News Awards. The submission process was a challenge but one we all took head on. We switched it up this year combining our written submission with a video which showcased both employees and clients, helping capture Vivio’s personality and brand voice.”
