An update from our CEO

Since 2001, Vivio has been providing the best business telecommunication solutions available, coupled with award-winning customer service. We know that communication technology is incredibly important, but what matters most to us is the people that we are keeping connected. That’s why our focus is putting those people, our clients first.

The situation in the UK is changing every day and we understand how much worry this must be causing for people and their families, as well as the businesses they run or work for. Rest assured that the team at Vivio are working hard to keep you connected, with a 100% remote workforce providing support and advice to our clients.

We continue to work closely with our mobile network partners and suppliers so that we can continue to maintain service levels as much as possible.

We are proud of the fact that we are one of the only business telecom companies who have avoided furloughing any of our employees, which would have had a direct impact on our ability to support our clients during this uncertain time.

Instead, our teams are practicing what we preach by using collaboration tools such as Horizon Collaborate and Microsoft Teams to communicate with both colleagues and clients alike. We continue to take and fulfil orders and we are doing our very best to meet the needs of our clients and will continue to do so over the coming weeks.

Remote working has never been so prevalent. For some it’s a completely new experience and comes with its own set of challenges.  So, if you’re just getting to grips with working remotely, take a look at our top tips blog to ensure both productivity and morale are kept high. We trialled this process with our very own Head of Managed Services, Greg – follow his full week working remotely here. If you would like more information on remote working and maintaining a positive environment for your colleagues, please do get in touch.

We pledge to carry on doing what we’ve always done, taking care of our colleagues and clients, now more than ever during these challenging times.

While things may seem uncertain, we’re still able to provide you with the ability to connect, all without leaving the safety and comfort of your own home.

Our teams are here to help – so you can count on us.
