Problem

Riello UPS we’re undergoing an office refit so they wanted to upgrade their old phone system to a more flexible option. Before partnering with Vivio they had poor connectivity and a bad disaster recovery system which resulted in a lot of wasted time trying to fix things.

Solution

Vivio moved them onto a flexible horizon system which meant they could change the office layout easily. They were keen to have a disaster recovery across all services so the phone system was a critical business system. In addition to this they were also keen to find a local company who can provide a one stop support program for all their IT, landline and hosted telephony needs.
