Why did you decide to use Vivio?

Due to circumstances outside of our control, we were a start-up launching our business within the first few weeks with no office and no website. Having a phone and internet system up and running immediately was vital. With Vivio Horizon platform allowed us to have instant communication and the system itself made it irrelevant that we were working in a temporary space, as we were given a number that worked off an app on our phones as well as through desk phones themselves, meaning that clients could get in touch with us any time anywhere.

What changes have you noticed since working with Vivio?

When we had previously set up a phone and internet system with BT, it had taken two months for it to work and was extremely expensive. Everything cost extra, whereas with Vivio, it is all included in a simple monthly billing process. The transition to our new offices was absolutely seamless and, as a communications agency, this element was vital.

What were the challenges you faced prior switching to use Vivio and how has Vivio helped you overcome them? How has your experience with Vivio been so far?

Two letters – B T. For years it has pained us that this felt like our only option. An inefficient system that costs the earth. Using Vivio and its Horizon system has taken the pain out of telecoms. We never have any issues and if we did, we know that they are just a simple and quick phone call away.

How has your experience been with Vivio?

We haven’t really had to use the customer services as the system is so efficient, but the setting up process couldn’t have been simpler. From deciding we were going with them, to having a full up and running system complete with internet, apps and desk phones, took less than 24 hours. You can’t get better than that.

Has the implementation of Vivio systems made your team/business more productive and time efficient?

100%.

Have you utilised Vivio’s bill analysis – has this helped to save you time and money?

We have actually set up a DD service so bills come in at a price that we are always satisfied with and are taken from our account at the same time each month. There never seem to be any hidden costs and the price is far better that we were paying for BT.

What has been the biggest benefit to your business from utilising Vivio services?

Communication! The system works so well that we never notice any problems at all. It is fast, effective and the Horizon phone apps mean that we can take calls wherever we are, not having to worry about answering machine messages or missing out on important client calls.
