Business Continuity Statement
Vivio, as an ISO certified business, has clearly defined and tested business continuity plans alongside remote worker policies. Following the outbreak of coronavirus these plans and policies have been reviewed and refined further. A full review of remote working capability, systems access and data protection has taken place to mitigate the impact that coronavirus may have upon our services should a high proportion of our colleagues be required to work remotely.
Whilst we believe that we have prepared as well as possible, our primary concern is the health of our colleagues and clients so we will be building upon the recommendations of the authorities.
We are committed to keeping you connected and at this time believe that our capabilities to provide our services will not be impacted due to the remote working plans and policies that we have put in place. Vivio will continue to follow government guidelines and keep our clients informed should there be any changes to our services.
We are in dialogue with all major networks and should there be any updates on the impact of network connectivity as a result of coronavirus we will update you accordingly.
